I wanted to read 50 books by the end of the year. It’s almost been 6 months, and I am sorely behind:
1. Illumination Night, Alice Hoffman
2. Montana Sky, Nora Roberts
3. Gonzalez and Daughter Trucking Company, Maria Amparo Escandon
4. Red Azalea, Anchee Min
5. A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, Betty Smith
Only 5!! This is terrible. But I am half-way through The Red Tent, and now that I’ve been riding the train, I can read more.
Wish me luck!
1. New Moon by Stephenie Meyer
2. Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer
3. Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Mayer
(Those are just embarassing)
4. Illumination Night
5. Montana Sky
6. Second Glance by Jodi Picoult
7. Nineteen Minutes by Jodi Picoult
8. First Meetings , Three short stories and one novella by Orson Scott Card
I think that’s it…!
I’m also currently re-reading Harry Potter book 7, and I’m supposed to be reading the Red Tent, that collection of short stories and the Lovely Bones.
Maybe we should start having evening reading time…
I think we should. Last night, the conversation with Jeff went, “Where’s Corelyn?” and I said, “Well, she’s with Andrew.”
“Oh, well is she coming over?”
“Well. No.”
“You mean, you guys aren’t hanging out tonight? Oh. OK.”
So I think we should. 🙂
