Last night, Jeff said, “Hey, we should have Chicken Parm. Is that too much?” It wouldn’t have been if it wasn’t 9:15 pm. So I opted for a poor man’s Chicken Parm.
So I fried up some chicken breast tenders.
And I stuck them on a cookie sheet.
And I covered them with tomato sauce, and cheese.
Then I stuck it into the oven to broil for like 10 minutes.
And obviously I had to bring some green into the meal.
10 minutes later, it was ready. Delicious.
Jennie, darling, there is nothing ‘poor’ about that chicken parm! Sounds delicious!
