In anticipation of our Train concert this weekend, I made Ana a mixed tape\/cd\/playlist of my favorite (and some of the singles) of Train’s career.<\/p>\n

I started listening to Train circa 1998, which is when their first CD came out. They helped me through times good, and bad, and I have a soft spot for Drops of Jupiter, but equally love I Got You and Free.

\n\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I saw them this weekend, and it was as magical as the last time I saw them ten years ago<\/strong>, in Michigan. It was before\u00a0My Private Nation\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0Alive at Last<\/em> and For Me, It’s You\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0Save Me, San Francisco<\/em> and\u00a0California 37.<\/em> They had two CDs, six singles, and were playing with Sheryl Crow and several other artists.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Ten years later, I’ve traveled through several states, finished high school, college, and am on my second “real life” job. And I still love all and everything about Train, and have loved seeing them grow and evolve over the past fourteen years.<\/p>\n

I can’t wait for another album, for another tune to hum and for another signature lyric like “I never had a day when money didn’t get in my way” and “Your best friend always stickin’ up for you\/even when I know you’re wrong” and “Maybe I’m not\/but you’re all I got left to believe in.”<\/p>\n
