Thursday – Friday

Friday – Saturday

Saturday – Sunday

Sunday – Monday

Monday – Tuesday

Overall I think this is working well for me. And, it gets me excited to go to bed, and wake up! I love waking up and seeing my sleep cycle, and I love knowing my average sleep a night, and seeing how I really did wake up at a good time in the cycle. Plus, the sounds you wake up to are SO soothing.

Anyone out there using this? Does any one like it? Thoughts??

  1. Tonight will be night 3 for me. The first night was great – I was definitely “almost awake” when it woke me up and I felt good. Last night was good too – but I felt like I was jolted a bit more awake. When I looked at my graph, it showed that I was stlil in deep sleep, (kind of like your Mon-Tues) which was weird, because it woke me up 16 minutes before my alarm went off.

    I love seeing my maps, but I feel like my asleep time isn’t completely accurate – it takes me awhile to fall asleep and I don’t know if it registers me being awake for as long as I am.

    I can’t wait to see if it gets more accurate as time goes on. I’ll keep you updated!

  2. I tried this and I guess I don’t move enough during my dream stages, because it refuses to believe that I do anything but sleep deeply all night long (even though I can remember dreams.) Or maybe it’s the ikea mattress. It knows when I wake up, though. Pretty snazzy little program.
