New Music: Fridays
I went to Amoeba last Sunday, but I’ve had such a whirlwind week it was hard for me to find time to write this post.
I finally own:
“The Madding Crowd” by Nine Days
“…Somewhere More Familiar” by Sister Hazel
I own again:
“Bringing Down the Horse” by The Wallflowers
New CD, Old Friend:
“Rise And Fall” by the Kin
New to me — but loving all the same:
“Still Life Moves” by Alex Nackman
“Park Bench Theories” by Jamie Scott & The Town
“This Storm” by Sonya Kitchell
The best part? All 7 cds cost $18.59. That’s roughly $2.66 a CD. Not bad, not bad at all.
A Ride Home
A new way to blog…for me.
Well friends, we’re in a new era. I am writing to you from my phone. It has a fancy WordPress application that allows me to write you any time I want. Much like Twitter I guess, only I can write as much as I want. Now anytime is a good time to write to you about my day. Right now I am at Starbucks drinking chai and about to finish my book. I am working from home this morning but the car had to go in for some checks, so I am waiting for it to be done. So I am going to enjoy the last hundred pages and then get to work! I swear. Happy Wednesday, all!
For your viewing pleasure, I’ve attached a picture if the crabs that Cor and I saw this weekend at the farmer’s market.
